Unlike traditional counseling, I spend more time working within the context of your present experience, rather than "talk" oriented therapy. I show you how to be mindful in ways that allows you to connect to the deeper parts of your self, which is essential for deep change to take place.
I teach you how to use your own strengths and capacities as a powerful pathway to resolve the inner obstacles that get in the way of fully engaging in life.

Please join Sam for an experiential evening as we dive into the wisdom of the body. In this class, you will learn body-based (somatic) mindfulness techniques and approaches for cultivating greater presence, emotional & nervous system regulation, and more.
